Obituary:

Sybil Paula Bernath passed away peacefully on Friday, April 24, 2026, surrounded by her family, who adored her. Sybil was a southern lady known for her style, her ever-present pin on her left shoulder, and her gracious demeanor. She will be forever remembered and loved by family, friends, and anyone who had the privilege to meet her.  Her husband, Stanley Bernath, predeceased her.  She is survived by her son, Jay Bernath, daughters Stacye Fogel (Harris) and Andrea Cushing (Steve), granddaughters Allie Fogel Fox (John) and Kerri Fogel, grandson Aaron Rosenberg, and sister Cookie Levine.  A graveside service will take place at 12:30 pm Monday, April 27 at Arlington Memorial Park.  Dressler's Jewish Funeral Care, 770-451-4999
