Shiva Details:
Following the funeral, the family will be sitting Shiva at the home of Paul and Meryl until 6:00 p.m., with Minyan at 1:00 p.m.  Shiva will also be observed on Monday from 4:00–7:00 p.m., with Minyan at 5:00 p.m.

Obituary:
It is with deep love and profound sadness that we share the passing of Sandra Levine Kaufman, who left this world on Friday, October 3, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Sandra was a beloved wife, mom, Granny, aunt, and friend. She brought light, laughter, and love to everyone who knew her and was known for her warmth, humor, generous spirit, and kind heart. She is survived by her children, Paul Kaufman (Meryl) and Jennifer Hickman (Andrew); her grandchildren, Rachel (Jacob), Sarah, and Isaac Kaufman; her sister, Freida Sokol; many beloved nieces and nephews; and her sweet dog, Spencer. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Kenny Kaufman, and her infant daughter, Rachel Michelle Kaufman.

We will honor Sandra’s life at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 5th, at Greenwood Cemetery. Following the funeral, the family will be sitting Shiva at the home of Paul and Meryl until 6:00 p.m., with Minyan at 1:00 p.m. Shiva will also be observed on Monday from 4:00–7:00 p.m., with Minyan at 5:00 p.m.

Friends and loved ones are invited to gather, share stories, and honor Sandra’s memory. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Sandra’s honor to the charity of your choice.
