OBITUARY

Mary Ann Hutchings Daniel, Atlanta Georgia, born May 8, 1947.

She is predeceased by her parents Herbert Clyde and Mary Agnes Hutchins. Her In-laws Gerald (Geri) & Roberta (Bert) Daniel and her loving husband Barth by whose side she will be laid to rest. She is survived by her son Samuel and grandson Logan.

Mary Ann passed away peacefully on October 26, 2024, in Atlanta Georgia, after a long illness with her friend and caretaker Jacquelyn Allen by her side.

Mary Ann Graduated college as a Critical Care Cardiac nurse. She choose to go back to Medical School at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta in 1984 and graduated in 1988 with a doctorate degree in Psychiatry. Completing her residency in Adult Psychiatry in1992. She worked at Georgia Regional Hospital and at the local mental health clinic as an Adult Psychiatrist from 1992 until she retired. She was a compassionate and caring psychiatrist. She loved animals, especially her cats and greyhounds. She enjoyed traveling, reading and long baths.

She will be buried at Magnolia Cemetery in Augusta Georgia, Tuesday October, 29 @ 10:00 a.m. Officiated by Rabbi David Sirull.
