Lisa Solomon Keel

Our precious Lisa passed away on May 20, 2025. Lisa was born May 1, 1970, in Atlanta, GA. She had a strong belief in the American ideals of equality and for a government of the people, by the people, for all people. During her lifetime, she was a professional photographer specializing in music concerts and weddings. She was a huge fan of The Allman Brothers. 

Lisa graduated from North Georgia College. She is survived by her father, Edward D. Solomon, her mother and stepfather, Mary Jo Hixon and Art Cohen, her daughter, Kacie Lee Keel, her uncles and aunts, Bobby and Kay Solomon, Joe and Jeanie Hixon, David and Pam Hixon, and Tim Hixon. 

Memorial donations may be made to People for the American Way or a charity of your choice. 

May her memory be a blessing. 

A graveside funeral will be held at Arlington Memorial Park on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
