OBITUARY

Harriett “Terry” Drucker Rosin, beloved wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2025, of a broken heart, just months after the death of the love of her life, Alexander P.

She was born on August 24,1941, in Anderson, SC to Morris and Faye Drucker. She grew up in Westminster, SC until she took an interest in boys. At which time, her parents relocated the family to Savannah, GA to find a nice Jewish boy for her. At age 17, she wore an orange bathing suit to a party she did not want to attend. At the party, she met a recent graduate from the University of Florida who was instantly drawn to her and her orange bathing suit. The die was cast when he gave her a ride home, gave her a kiss while leaning on the doorbell, accidentally summoning her father to the door. They married two years later and raised three beautiful children.

Terry graduated from Georgia Southern, taught elementary school in Jacksonville, and continued to manage her husband’s medical office. As an active member of Women’s American ORT, she served as president of the evening chapter. She loved to entertain, travel the world, and spend time with family and friends. Terry and Alexander enjoyed attending football games where he cheered on the Gators and she cheered for the clock.

Terry is survived by her daughter, Marla (Pennie) Rosin-Borrousch and grandchildren Noah and Zachary Rosin-Borrousch; son Scott (Karen) Rosin, grandchildren Olivia (Kyle) Schwartz and Natalie (Ben Tepfer) Rusnak, and great-grandchild Zoe Schwartz; and daughter Nikki (Michael) Aronin and grandchildren Matthew and Emily Aronin. Terry is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Terry is preceded in death by her one true love, her husband, Alexander P. Rosin, and her beloved brother, Gary Drucker.
