Barry Keith Peters, age 78, passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 10, 2024, in Gainesville, Georgia after suffering a prolonged illness.  He was born on July 24, 1945, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Robert and Beatrice Peters. He is also predeceased by his sister, Janice Critelli.  Barry was a devoted husband to Sandra and a proud father and grandfather. He enjoyed a successful career as the President and owner of Ranbar Associates, an executive outplacement firm.  He retired to Florida and returned to Georgia many years later to be closer to his youngest grandchildren.

Barry will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Sandra Peters, and his daughters Elyse Gates (David) and Karen Taibl (Bill), as well as his grandchildren Briana Begina, Lexa Begina, Katherine Gates and Dylan Gates. He is also survived by his brothers Ronald Peters (Debbie) and Robert Peters (Cheryl).
